تنبيه هام أعزائي الطلاب يرجي إكمال الإستبيانات قبل موعد بدئ ظهور النتائج حتي لا تعيق ظهور نتائجك إعلان هام: سيتم حفل استقبال الطلاب الجدد للعام الجامعى الجديد الساعة العاشرة صباحا بمدرج والى ويعقبة حوار مفتوح مع أ.د. عميد الكلية و أ.د. وكيل الكلية لشئون التعليم و الطلاب


خطوات تسجيل المقررات الدراسية:

1- سجل الدخول من النافذة اليمني عن طريق إدخال الرقم الكودي والرقم السري ثم اضغط علي زر دخول، إذا ظهرت لك رسالة حفظ كلمة السر للدخول في المرات القادمة أجب عنها بـ ( لا NO ) لكي لا يتمكن أحد من الدخول علي جدولك الدراسي.

2- بعد تسجيل الدخول إذا وجد خطأ بالاسم أو الرقم الكودي اتصل بشئون الطلبة بالكلية.

3- أختر المقرر الدراسي ثم انتظر حتى يحصل علي نوع الدراسة.

4- أختر نوع الدراسة ثم انتظر حني يأتي لك بالمجموعات الدراسية المتاحة للمادة.

5- أختر المجموعة الدراسية ثم اضغط علي زر تسجيل

6- إذا تم تسجيل مادة خطأ أو كان هناك تعارض في الجدول الدراسي في الفترات الزمنية ومواعيد المحاضرات يمكنك استخدام حذف أمام كل مادة تم تسجيلها لحذف هذة  المقرر فقط من التسجيل.

7- تأكد من عدم تكرار اختيار المواد أو عدم تعارض في المواعيد أو عدم تسجيل مادة عملي بدون اختيار المقرر النظري لها.

8- اضغط علي زر عرض موادي الدراسية للإطلاع علي الجدول الدراسي ثم اضغط علي طباعة الصفحة لطباعتها وتصويرها نسختين بعد توقيع السيد المشرف الأكاديمي وتوقيع الطالب عليها ثم تسلم لإدارة شئون الطلبة بالكلية.

10- طلاب البترول واليوتكنولوجي الناجحين بدون مواد يمكنهم التسجيل بنظام النماذج الجاهزة بالنسبة للطلاب الناجحين بدون مواد أما باقي الطلاب يمكنهم التسجيل بالنظام العادي

11- بعد الانتهاء يجب الضغط علي زر خروج في النافذة اليمني بجوار زر دخول لتسجيل الخروج وضمان عدم العبث في جدولك الدراسي.
